Mergers & Acquisitions of Wind Farms
This Challenge is about finding out the fair value of a wind farm in Brazil. An external buyer who is advised by KPMG wants to buy all shares of the wind farm. You are a senior analyst in the seller company and it is your job to calculate a fair price for selling the shares of the company. To realize this goal, you need to get familiar with an excel-based financial model which is used as a tool for calculation. Once you have calculated the value of the wind farm shares you can submit an offer to KPMG.
